These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ong66 ("ong66," "the Platform," "we," "our," "us"), governing your access to and use of the ong66 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services.
By creating an account, accessing the ong66 login portal, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ong66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ong66 platform and close your account.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ong66 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ong66 is committed to preventing underage gambling and conducts age verification as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance programme.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ong66. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. ong66 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated balances and winnings.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Providing false information, including a date of birth that overstates your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 KYC Verification. ong66 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification. You may be requested to provide a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (IC) or valid passport, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests above the daily limit will require completed KYC before processing.
2.5 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ong66 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ong66 makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Malaysian players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ong66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 ong66 will never request your password via email, SMS, telephone, or messaging application including WhatsApp. Any communication purporting to be from ong66 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ong66 support immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ong66 account, whether or not authorised by you. ong66 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.4 ong66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be activated via your account security settings and uses SMS verification to your registered Malaysian mobile number.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ong66 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBeBank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ong66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your ong66 account balance.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players with verified ong66 accounts. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and within the timeframes published in the ong66 Help Centre.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. ong66 reserves the right to require verification that the receiving account belongs to the registered account holder before releasing funds.
4.5 Inactive Account Policy. An account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. ong66 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of this fee.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through ong66 are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") that are published alongside each individual offer. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable Bonus Terms in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the individual Bonus Terms.
5.3 One Active Bonus. Only one bonus may be active in your ong66 account at any time. Requesting or accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is subject to outstanding wagering requirements is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Bonus Terms.
5.4 Abuse Prevention. ong66 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers. ong66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
6.1 All casino games available on ong66 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the Platform, bet size, or player history.
6.2 Live dealer games at ong66 Casino are subject to the rules of the relevant game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, ong66's recorded data shall be the definitive record for determining game outcomes and resolving disputes.
6.3 Sportsbook bets accepted through ong66 are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. ong66 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subject to match-fixing investigations or data integrity issues.
6.4 In the event of a system error, display error, or software malfunction that results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, ong66 reserves the right to correct the error. Payouts resulting from manifest errors do not create any entitlement and may be reversed.
7.1 ong66 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools enabling players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via Account Settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
7.2 Deposit limits and loss limits, once set, cannot be increased for a minimum period of 24 hours following a change request. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to suspend gambling activity may activate self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days and up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to re-register will be blocked and refunded any deposits made during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ong66 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the ong66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, and software — is the intellectual property of ong66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ong66 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. No content from the ong66 platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ong66.
10.1 ong66 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ong66 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, ong66 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ong66's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ong66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ong66 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ong66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided by you in connection with your ong66 account is governed by the ong66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ong66 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ong66 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and in fulfilment of its obligations under its international gaming licence, including AML and KYC compliance requirements.
ong66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file no fewer than 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the ong66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ong66's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ong66 platform, you agree to first contact ong66 support to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority under which ong66 is licensed. ong66's decisions regarding disputed game outcomes, where supported by server-side recorded data, shall be considered final.
